and watching your thoughts pass by has 
really helped me.
Have been thinking about how you far we can get just by asking for 
what we want. How can we be less afraid to do so? 
Nighttime meditation for 15 minutes or less has helped me 
fall asleep almost instantly and increases my sleep quality 
very noticeably
